Ember & Pine currently ships within the United States only.

Orders of $149 or more qualify for free standard U.S. shipping. Orders under $149 ship for a flat rate of $9.95. Free-shipping eligibility is calculated after discounts and before taxes.

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before your order ships. After dispatch, standard U.S. delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be extended by carrier delays, holidays, weather, high order volume, or destination location.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to begin updating.

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. If you need to change an address or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
